Fitness Progress for Friday, February 1,2019

I did 30 min of strength training & 30 min of detox yoga yesterday. Today I did 30 min of HIIT( 30 min of detox yoga tonight). No movement with my in inches because of my horrible eating 😣 last 3 days but lost bloat in my face and neck area. Without a good consistent nutrition plan ....obtaining and maintaining a healthy body will NOT happen!!!!! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
